Payment shall be made at the time of check out from your Hotel however PRTech
and the Hotel shall hold your credit card number at the time of the reservation
in the event that there is a cancellation or no show, per the policies below. All
charges to your credit card, including “cancellation” or “no show” charges
shall be made by the Hotel property and not PRTech, LLC.
■Hotel Cancellation & Refund Policies ------------------------------
Refunds will be made in full except where a cancellation fee may apply. A Cancellation
fee equal to 1 night’s stay plus tax will be applied for “no show” or if canceling
or changing reservations within three days prior to the check-in date if the
reserved dates are not within the year-end peak period. If the reserved
dates are within the year-end peak period the cancellation fee may be equal
to the entire reserved stay, depending upon the hotel’s cancellation/no-show
policies. Please check with your Online
Concierge for each Hotel Property’s Cancellation & Refund policy when booking
your reservation.
Cancellation or changes of reservations can be done online up to four days
prior to check-in date (local time). If you wish to cancel or change your reservation
within three days of the check-in date please call the Cancellation/Reservation
Change number below. Do not call the hotel directly as they cannot handle your
cancellation/reservation change.
